Choices

Isn't it incredible how much of our lives are taken up with choices? Even the smallest things result in a choice. What do I wear today? Should I eat my sandwich now or later? Should I cross the road here or at the crossing? And all our choices have consquences. We may not always realise it at the time but the choices we make can cause us incredible problems later in life if we do not carefully consider their implications.

Sparrows nesting outside

Amazingly enough it's Monday again. Who would have thought they could roll on like that?

Another busy week with the promise of more to come. Exams are looming like a suspicious iceberg on the horizon and I'm beginning to realise that it might be a good idea to start studying at some stage.

The book is on hiatus at the moment, pending free time.

A pair of sparrows has decided to take up nightly residence outside our front door, fixing me with hard stares should I open the door too late at night and one of their relatives has just flown up at the window to stare in amazement at the humans caged inside on such a lovely day.
